As we gradually move out of the lockdown and the current restrictions on travel are relaxed, we want you to feel confident about travelling again.

Our Three Point Promise…

1. We’ll guide you through the practicalities of Post-COVID travel.

2. We’ll recommend destinations and hotels which have enhanced COVID-19 preventative health and safety measures in place.

3. If you’re unable to travel due to COVID-19 and can’t claim on your insurance, we’ll reschedule your trip for free.

 

If you’ve ever travelled with us in the past, you’ll know that our overriding principle is care – we continue to provide you with the high-standard of service we expect to receive ourselves. We understand your concerns and we’re here to help you navigate through these unpredictable and unfamiliar times.

We’re experts when it comes to the minutiae of planning a holiday, and our attention to detail is second-to-none. We anticipate and mitigate against any potential problems, allowing you to travel with confidence.

Planning your trip…

We’ve always done our utmost to recommend the destinations, accommodation and activities that we believe you’ll love. For 2020/2021, we’ll only recommend destinations and hotels which are both safe and practical for you to visit.

Visiting our destinations and getting to know our suppliers has always been a crucial part of what we do – we feel it’s important to visit all the hotels and houses we recommend, and to have first-hand experience the activities and excursions we offer. So we know our partners and suppliers have always taken standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously, and you can rest-assured they’re preparing additional post-COVID steps to ensure the safety of guests and staff alike.

New health and safety measures are being put in place across all of our hotels – measures designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, through additional housekeeping and hygiene protocols, and all staff are completing enhanced COVID-19 awareness training.

Before you depart…

We’re here to guide you through the practicalities of any air, sea, road and rail travel included in your holiday. We’ll talk you through any new COVID-19 procedures in place at airports, ferry terminals, railway stations and other travel hubs, and we’ll make sure you have all the correct documentation to ensure your journey runs smoothly.

We’ll also keep you up-to-date on any local social-distancing measures which might differ from our own, and we can help with the practicalities of shopping for groceries, and advance restaurant reservations.

If COVID-19 prevents you from travelling and your travel insurer won’t help, we will. We’ll reschedule your trip to any point in the following twelve months free of charge.

During your trip…

We’ll always look after you whilst you’re travelling – we have a twenty-four hour helpline and our UK team are a quick phone call away. Our partners and local agents are also on-hand to help resolve any problems that might crop up.

In the unlikely event you’re asked to self-isolate during your stay, our local agent will ensure you’re well looked after, and our UK team will stay in direct contact with you until your return. We’re also here to help with any travel insurance claims once you return home.
